Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING

Your appointments are very important to me, and they are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 12 hours notice for cancellations, rescheduling or any other changes.

NO-SHOWS

All no-shows or a no call will be charged 50% of the service price

LATE ARRIVALS

I do give a 10 minute grace period after your appointment time. Any time after will result in cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. 

COUPONS/PROMOS

If you have purchased a coupon or have a promo and no-show your appointment, your coupon/promo will no longer be valid. In addition, you will be charged 50% of the coupon/promo price.

COMMUNICATION IS EVERYTHING

I AM VERY FLEXIBLE AND UNDERSTANDING, AS LONG AS THERE IS COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MY CLIENTS AND I.


PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO TEXT OR CALL ME PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE, HAVE AN EMERGENCY OR SIMPLY NEED TO RESCHEDULE.
