Your appointments are very important to me, and they are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request a 24 hour notice for cancellations, rescheduling or any other changes
All same day cancellations/rescheduling will be charged 50% of the service(s) price scheduled.* NO EXCEPTIONS!
All no-shows will be charged 100% of the service(s) price scheduled.*
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more will be accommodated to the best of my ability. However, if I am not able to do all the service(s) you originally scheduled, you will still be charged the total service(s) price scheduled.
In the case I am NOT able to accommodate you, your appointment will be canceled/rescheduled, and you will be charged 50% of the service(s) price scheduled.*
I’m very flexible and understanding—as long as there’s open communication between my clients and me.
Please don’t hesitate to call or text me before your appointment if you’re running late, have an emergency, or need to reschedule.
